TimeKeeper3 Released

E-Technik Development Services has recently launched their newest software package: TimeKeeper3.

This is more than just an update on TimeKeeper1 and TimeKeeper2. It signifies a bold departure from the previous development both in terms of functionality and look-and-feel.

The software package took over 9 months of development and users can be assured of a powerful, stable and effective tool for their business.

Timekeeper 3 is a programme designed to record time for its users. To make life easier, timekeeper now has a stop/start function which the user can use whenever they start and complete a task.

This programme has a client function which stores all the information of the different clients such as telephone numbers, vat numbers, etc. and can now store different contacts for each client. It also stores details of the employees/ users of the system and divides them into groups or levels at which they can access timekeeper information as well as their level in the company and what their hourly rates are at these levels.

This new version of Timekeeper now allows the admin user to generate invoices directly from timekeeper. When generating an invoice, the admin user can see what hours have been invoiced, the hours worked and the hours that need to be invoiced.

It also allows the user to generate reports such as client productivity reports as well as user productivity reports. The client is able to log into the programme and view the progress on their projects as well as leave comments for the users.
